It is hard to save for things like buying 8 nice Bra's. But I did and I spent over 1000 to spoil myself to have 1 bra for every day and an extra. But in less than 4 months every bra is broken. They are the right size. I wash them in a bra bag. I take care of them because spending over a 1000 was a big thing. This is a pathetic and clear sign of the detoriation of quality of woolworths. A company that continues to jack up prices and take advantage of South Africans who struggle to meet day to day needs.
I am not a client nor will I ever be and nor will I ever recommend Fox. My complex is next door to a restaurant. The alarm goes off at least once a week. Over and over again. Who can sleep at 2am with an alarm that wont shut off? This is south africa we always assume something bad is happening. Its disturbing and stressful. Fox is absolutely useless. They dont even send a patrol unit when the alarm goes off. Seems like they simply ignore it. They cash in on their clients payments but dont provide the service. Quite pathetic. We are happy with CPS in our complex. Alarm goes off and in minutes we have a patrol unit checking on us. Fox dont even know the alarm is going off or they do and just dont care
Can I take legal action? Went in to Emergency room (10/11/2024) as private patient. Broke bank account paying R3000 for ER and R3500 for dr just before Christmas. The care from nursing staff was great. The dr seemed hasty impatient and annoyed. We decided to put on a cast on my broken scaphoid which annoyed him even further. I told him the cast felt tight. He brushed it off said it would get better. Now I cant feel my thumb and want to get it seen to. However im told i must pay more. This will bankrupt me. Is there a legal route i can take against the dr? As a self employed chef protecting my ability to make an income is important.
I am being ******. I went into fochini 28 march. Paid over 5000 to have my account closed. I was assured over the phone and to my face i wouldnt have to pay another rand and my account would be closed on the 13th April. Today i got a warning to say my account is in arrears. For cell phone insurance? They have wasted my airtime again to be on hold. Now can someone help me ?
The only problem I have is that the bank wont help its customers deal with a company like RAIN 5G INTERNET PROVIDER. They are literally *****ing money. Yet somehow bank customers cannot get their banks to help protect them. The fact that i cant even see a debit order request from Rain is shady. The fact that they can change amounts debited and dates when debited without any notice or approval by the bank account holder is worrying. As a result i am laying a charge of theft against Rain. I can only hope that soon the banks of South Africa will take protecting their customers more seriously
Rain 5G internet services is running an ******* collecting scheme. There is no debit order request there is no way a person can see or control how much money or when it is taken off their bank account. From what I have seen on facebook the situation is quite bad. Hundereds of people are experiencing money just flying out their account. You cant get them to respond to emails or tickets. No one picks up the phone when you call. I tried to cancel my subscription but they still took money from me. I expect to have internet service (poor service) for the entire month of may. But by end of may if they continue to debit my account im going to the police and laying a ******** charge of theft. I also have roughly 26 peoples details who have reached out to me and want to join to case AGAINST RAIN.
This place is quick to call me when they want to shove a promotion down my throat or demand money when im 20 minutes late on a payment... But when I request to settle up my account and close it...I dont hear a peep for 7 days. I cant reach them on the phone they ignore my emails. Super pathetic Im so tired of this company. Handing out debt to teenagers and crippling our economy while taking every advantage they can of people. Pathetic
Not happy at all with their service. We sold our car and immediately called to put the policy on hold. Now that we want to cancel we are ignored. Our calls are dragged out on hold wasting all our airtime just for the call to be put down. Our account is debited for the next month as we want to cancel. I will continue to publicly complain until our issue is resolved. And the fact that this company doesnt have more than a couple email addresses is pretty suspect and shady. How are we supposed to track our interactions? Not like we can even speak to someone to cancel our policy nevermind retrieve a phone call conversation to back our facts. First for women more like first to exploit women! Corporations like this need to be more regulated in this current economy. They are taking advantage of the little people crippling the average person. Sis on them
I had a loan account with direct axis. I still thought it was cool i could load wesbank as a beneficiary and pay extra money when i could. The extra payment i did appeared in every montly statement. I wasnt sure why it wasnt affecting the balance carried forward though. I get my supposed last statement. Im excited to see i only have R443 in my balance as the last payment. However more than R800 was debited off my account. When i enquired i was told this was somehow part of the loan in big financial terms confusing me as im just a chef. When i enquired about the extra payment that never reflected i was told they see they owe me money but i must send a proof of payment for a transaction i did 1 year ago. My banking app wont even take me that far back. In short. I will never recommend direct axis and i will never be their customer again. Corporations like this are enslaving a nation already struggling with debt and day to day survival. Disgusted with their treatment. Zero stars forever
