This is definitely a ****!! They take your payment, never deliver and do not respond to your emails!!
I recently moved everything from Standard Bank to my new Capitec account. In the beginning I thought best thing I ever did, because your service was excellent, BUT NOW I REGRET IT!!!!!!! I received a payment on the 26th of February from Namibia FNB account into my Capitec account. You have not released the payment, I have been trying to reach out to your head office, Forex office AND NO ONE IS GETTING TO A POINT TO ASSIST ME AND IT IS ALREADY THE 7TH OF MARCH!!!! IS IT SERIOUSLY SO DIFFICULT TO GET BACK TO YOUR CLIENTS AND HELP THEM!!!! LUCKILY I DID NOT CLOSE MY STANDARD BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE IF YOU DO NOT ASSIST ME I WILL CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AND RATHER GO BACK TO STANDARD BANK. You pay more bank fees but at least they assist their customers immediately For the LAST TIME......CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME TO EXPLAIN WHY THIS PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED INTO MY ACCOUNT YET!!!!!!!!
Thank you to the lady who assist me when I called today!! You were fast & very helpful! I logged a complain today - blocked sewage drain, within 2 hours 3 gentlemen arrived, fixed and sorted the problem...you guys are awesome, thank you
I had to open an account, and did so on the Capitec App. It was fast & easy hassle free!! Then I requested to deliver my card to me. To Capitec & the lady handling the courier delivering the cards....YOU ROCK!! You continuously updated me via calls and sms on the delivery of my card. A bank which I will not mention whom I banked with for over 25 years could not even assist me the way you did and get my card delivered to me as fast as you did. Keep up the good work!! This is what makes clients happy is your awesome client service!! Thanks you so much!!
Just to bring this under your attention: Since the day I logged a complain 2 December 2024 - to release my customers payment to my account - YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING UP TO NOW! Your complaint management, Nompumelelo Ndlhovu was no help at all! She said emails with forms was mailed to me, I never received any emails with forms to complete, it took 2 weeks, without any luck to try and solve this, I had one phone call last week to say she will email the documents, when I did not received It I emailed her and got no respond from her. No calls from her until today...when I told her I already got my money from the customer another way, without her help. So how can you send me an email "Your Issue has been Successfully Addressed" when you have done nothing?? You did not successfully addressed anything.... Luckily the funds was returned to the senders account and found another way to pay me without any of your help!!! Don't praise yourself by thinking you did something to email me that it was successfully addressed! I would have keep loosing customers if I had to rely on you!! Thanks for Nothing , don't even phone or email me
For a week now I am trying to solve a problem!! A customer paid for parts into my account, you did not release it or returned the payment to the sender I emailed the inward payment as you request, they did not even assist me!! I emailed head office with reference 45289292, NOT EVEN A CALL WITHIN 24 HOURS, OR A EMAIL OR NOTHING IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO RELEASE THE PAYMENT TO MY ACCOUNT THEN JUST RETURN IT TO THE SENDER!!!!! WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO DO THAT??????
I have been shopping at Takealot for years, I trusted you and your service WAS excellent, BUT YOU ARE PATHETIC NOW!!! Your driver delivered my order to someone else, you said I signed, well I have cameras to proof that YOUR DRIVER DID NOT DELIVER TO ME, AND MY ORDER OF R2400 is just missing I have phoned you, emailed you and NO ONE IS GETTING BACK TO ME, I TRIED TO PHONE AGAIN AND HOLD FOR 10min AND NO response!!! Why must I go through this, when you messed up? Why must I continuously phone, follow up, wait and be stressed when you lost my order????? You do not even have the decency to get back to me, with a we tracked the driver, we sorting it out, or nothing, YOU JUST IGNORE ME. The lady who took my call yesterday and emailed me Aeysha.E, You do not even have the decency to respond back to my emails!!! I want my order delivered to me A.S.A.P OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK. And I will go see my lawyer if you do not get back to me and I will hold you responsible for all legal cost So start giving me feedback on what is happening or give my money back. I'm frustrated because you do not respond to my emails, and I have the right what is going on because you have lost my order!!! I'm waiting, and if you still not getting back to me I will go public warning everyone about Takalot, and after that I will contact my lawyer!!
We travel a lot because we host off-road rides for quads and bikes and we always looking for new places to ride and with awesome accommodation for our riders, and there is very little places impressing me. But La La Nathi was awesome! On arrival you get a warm welcome from very friendly staff! The lady assisting us at reception was fantastic, very friendly and where ever you see her she's smiling Also the staff in the bar and restaurant, very friendly. The restaurant service was fast and fantastic with delicious food. The chalets was beautiful and clean! The lodge is very safe! You can relax, enjoy your meal and sleep peaceful without any worries!! We will definitely be back and next time I will bring a group of friends! This is definitely the perfect spot for my riders, also for friends and families! Thanks to all the staff for your awesome service!!
Pathetic service delivering my credit card!! Phoned you to immediately stop my credit card due to ***** on my card. You issued me a new card and said it will be delivered to me Your courier service is very pathetic!! The first attempt to deliver your courier driver **** and said he could not get hold of me!! There was no driver I can show you on my cameras, and I can show you that NO ONE TRIED TO PHONE ME!! 2ND attempt to deliver, you phoned me and made an appointment for Saturday between 8am to 10am for delivery. I WAITED TILL 11am - NO DELIVERY AND AGAIN NO CALL!! The driver phoned me 12:20 to deliver, I asked him "you were supposed to deliver between 8-10am" his response was "yes I can see the note for the appointment but I could not deliver" - SO WHY DON'T YOU PHONE AND CONFIRM YOUR GOING TO BE LATE!! How much longer must I wait?? How many more phone calls must I make to you to get my card delivered?? Why can you not use a reliable courier service?? It makes you wonder, maybe the couriers delay the delivery because this can give them time to copy the credit cards
*******!!! I JUST ORDERED FROM FISHAWAYS BRACKENHURST CITY, BRACKENHURST!! YOUR DRIVER ARRIVED WITH THE WRONG FOOD, I TOLD HIM IT IS NOT MY FOOD!! HE CANCELLED - I HAVE NO FOOD, AND HE TOOK HIS TIP FOR NOT EVEN DELIVERING MY FOOD!! I HAVE JUST LOST R462,22 INCLUDING THE TIP AND MY FOOD!! I AM GOING TO OPEN A CASE AGAINST YOU, I HAVE THE NUMBER PLATE OF THE DRIVE....I HAVE EVERYTHING ON CAMERA!!
