I've been with Fox security in Meyersdal since they started out and have always been satisfied with the service. Yes, like with any "relationship" there are ups and downs. For the downs there are usually a satisfactory resolution. If the alarm goes off the response for a callback is usually so fast that I do not have time to switch the alarm off. The response vehicles are normally there within reasonable times considering the patrol areas and the activity at the time. The installers and techs have almost always been there at the appointed times. A few years ago, my sister fell at around midnight and we could not get her up. We phoned them and somebody came out to help us completely free of charge even though I am sure that is not part of the patrol person’s responsibilities. We had "visitors" Sunday morning and the alarm went off. We received the call and a few minutes later two patrol cars were on scene. They chased after them but lost them due to fence hopping but came back to just make sure we were OK and to enquire if SAPS is required etc. An hour or two later we received a call from the call center just follow up. So, I just want to say thank you all and well done!!!
I just bought a Haval H6 from GWM Alberton and I must say it was one of the best vehicle buying experiences I have ever had. We only went there to go and see what the "hype" was and was met by Brandon Williams, he was still busy sorting out somebody else but interacted as we walked in the door. The result of that was a test drive, the sourcing of a vehicle that they did not have in stock and that vehicle standing in my garage a few days later. He is so enthusiastic and dynamic that it did not take much convincing for us to take the BIG step. He kept us up to date on the progress even when under the weather with flu. Also thanks to Nadia for the smooth sorting out of all the paperwork and to whoever provided the very nice "goody bag", which was totally unexpected. Excellent and friendly service all the time!!! Well done guys!!
I cancelled an order on 05/12/2023 after waiting for more than a week for it to be delivered and today I get a response that unfortunately they had to cancel the order due to whatever reason. They knew long before the 5th of December that they do not have stock, why did they not inform me about it? Nowhere is it mentioned that the cancellation never took place when I requested it and now I have to wait another how many days for the refund to be processed for an item that was bought on or around the 27th of November. What is going to happen to the people that did not do their jobs!!! This is totally unacceptable!!!!
Everything was excellent until the sale was finalized. Then it started going wrong. The biggest issue was that they registered my wife's car under my name, no apologies or anything. HOW DO YOU DO THAT and still have a job? Then we started waiting for the settlement , it has now been a week. Every time I enquire about it I get, IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED FOR PAYMENT, WE MAY DO IT TOMORROW. I've dealt with many car dealership over the years, this dealership for more than 10 years, and this is the worst service I've ever received. I've escalated this to the Dealer Principle and is still waiting for some kind of resolution.
I returned an order from a 3rd party seller that "short delivered" on the items ordered. I ticked "Replace item" instead of "Refund" by mistake. As soon as submitted the request I phoned them and asked them to change to "Refund" and received confirmation mail stating that was done. A day or two later I received an SMS that my replacement has been ordered. I phoned again and with great difficulty got them to realise that I do not want a "Replacement" and it was logged as such on the system. The answer was "They will correct this and get back to me." All this started on the 22nd and I am still waiting for feedback or a resolution. I've mailed and spoken to 5 different people since then. I asked for the issue to be escalated to somebody higher up and that has not happened either. What I did get is a SMS stating that "they could not deliver my order". I never got an SMS saying that is "out for delivery" and there is always somebody at the delivery address so they lied. The latest "BS" I got this morning is that they need the 3rd party seller to action this which I do not understand. If Takealot *****ed up the process they must refund me and then it is their problem getting the money from the 3rd party seller.
I cancelled one of my contracts on 27/02/2018, a month before it expired, via email with cancellation form as instructed and what a surprise - THE CONTRACT WAS NOT CANCELLED. And again Telkom is stealing my money by making me pay for something I do not need!!!!!
I normally rate Takealot 5 stars but not this time. A did a return request on 09/03/2018 which was approved and the items was picked up on 12/03/2018. The status of my request on 16/03/2018 is still "Scheduled for collection" after I inquired about is on 14/03/2018 and got a reply the same day that it will be investigated. I enjoy buying from Takealot and appreciate their return policy but they seem to be dropping the ball more and more with things like this.

A somebody else reported I also ordered a Xiaomi from these idiots. A week later - nothing. Everytime I enquired they said 24 to 48 hours. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Two days later I get a mail stating that the oder was cancelled and the money credited to my afrihost account instead of my credit card as requested. How can these people exist with this terrible service and support. No wonder they do not respond on Hello Peter. STAY AWAY FROM AFRIHOST.

I cancelled my contract in January due to reasons listed in my other reviews. After multiple mails and calls from F.N.B. to confirm that the contact is cancelled etc. etc. they still deduct money from my account - R95 in March and now R150 in April. I do not have a SIM card or data on my banking profile, they removed it when I cancelled, but they are still charging me for it.

This must be the most inefficient bunch of people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The worst part of this is that when you phone the "Premium Bankers" - they are supposed to be the support structure - they transfer your call to the idiots you are trying to get help with. I do not know what more I can do appart from cancelling my F.N.B. account with all the hassles associated with it. Can somebody with an I.Q. higher than the average plant please sort this out and refund my money.

I have said it and will say it again, bank with F.N.B. but "STAY AWAY FROM FNB CONNECT!!!!" What they promise and what you get is not the same thing.

Because of the pathetic service I received I cancelled my connect contract in the middle of January. I asked the person that did it to send me some proof that it was done and his answer was "Me telling you it is done is the proof" or something along those lines. There was supposed to be a cancellation fee of R150 and that was to be that. And big surprise, yesterday data was loaded on and they deducted the montly cost. I've been trying to phone them for 2 days and all I get is "We are experiencing high call volumes blah bla". I tried to speak to the Premium banker and all she does is put me throught to the same number?????. Overall FNB is good but PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM FNB CONNECT!!!!!!!
