Compliments to Outsurance
I have been with Outsurance for the past 20 years and have always received outstanding service from them. I do not even allow other insurance companies who constantly call me, to give me a quote. I have unfortunately just had a claim for a ****** gate motor and I registered the claim on the app. Boitumelo Moreriane contacted me within 5 minutes! He was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and kept me up to date with the progress all the time. Well done once again.

Fox security & alarms
After loadshedding my alarm's settings were lost. I reported it and a technician, George, phoned me and made an appointment with me for 09h00 the following day. 1) He also replaced the battery which I had requested. 2) He was at my gate at 09h00 spot on. 3) He was friendly and fixed everything in no time. I will recommend Fox to anyone looking for a security company. I have been with them for about 20 years and have never regretted my decision. Best investment in security I have ever made. Well done. I received a sms with a link to a site (icw a reward) and then experienced a problem, not being able to click on the link. After having had no luck with the rewards company, I emailed Platinum Life who resolved my query speedily. I am very happy with their service and the manner in which my problem was resolved.
