I booked a parcel to be collected on Friday the morning. Now we are already on Tuesday and gest correctly, the parcel was yet again not collected. After we called them early yesterday, they promissed to collect before 12:00. The driver pitch to collect the parcel, only just before 17:00. Do they think we sit the whole day and wait for them. Today is Tuesday and they were not here in the morning to collect and we had to phone them again. I'm thinking of closing my account with them, and rather go to another supplier. And they actually send me a notification, to say, the price will increase next month. For that poor service. Call me if you want resolve the matter. We have business to run... #CourierGuy worst service ever. I just chased your driver away when they actually pitched, because this the worst service I ever received. I just spoke to your management, and all they say, can we cancel the order for you... seriously??? Where is the back bone with management of the courier guy. I already posted on Facebook and Hellopeter as well. I hope it goes Viral. I will newer again use The Courier Guy. It is their mistake so they need to collect and give the client a solution, we requested for the parcell to be send overnight to correct their poor service, but all the manager asked me was, who is going to pay for the overnight option. I don't even mind if the manager said their going to correct it by paying it out of their pocket to ensure the parcel is delivered in time, but that did not even happen. Now I booked it with a different company and now my client will receive the parcel on time, that is what I call service, not what I received from The Courier Guy.
We always get a service with a smile. From the entrance, right trough every department - marketing, ops, technical and management. We love to visit their offices.
