I had a bad experience with my bank,I just lost my father during good Friday weekend on the 16th April 2022 due to that I wrote an email to the bank explaining that I won't fullfill my obligation of paying the car at the end of the month due to financial constraints and funeral arrangements as I'm using my car for business purposes,So for 2 weeks I couldn't use my car on business.The requested the death certificate of my father and a motivational Letter explaining why they should extend my installment for that month.I did that and they replied confirming that they have received those documents and that they will inform the supervisor who will approve my request I didn't get the approval confirmation instead I have been receiving emails telling me I should pay the car or legal action will be taken against me.Even today I received messages telling me of that and also received a call.As a client I thought the bank will be sympathetic towards me as loosing someone like your parent is very painful and stressful but no they kept on reminding me that I owe them and never thought of all that I have requested.I have been paying the car without any problem from 2019 but only for 1 month my Bank which I am a client to couldn't care less about my situation they only wanted money
