I order 4 dining room chairs in November 2021, by February 2022 they had still not made them. They came back saying the quality of the chairs are not good enough quality and they are not comfortable selling them to me. I asked for a refund, which they agreed to. It is now 1 June 2022 and I still have not received the full refund. I went to their factory and the staff confirmed that there were many cases such as mine of people who had not received products, of have not received refunds or can’t get hold of the owners.
