My experience with Sandile Dubazana on the issue Ref: 3VHPUHD was very good. Sandile is a calm and clearly very efficient person who was able to explain why I had an issue with my invoice et provide a solution. He even went extra mile by calling me back and make sure I was reconnected with hat same day It was a pleasant experience
This is completely unacceptable. How can a business not provide an approved refund to their customer for over 10 months? And the worst part is that they do not bother to reply to emails or phone calls anymore. If i could give them a zero star i would.
The lack of communication is just not good at all. Memoire took my money and till without providing me with a wedding party. I understand the country was on lockdown however now I have asked for a refund and they have agreed to refund me in November 2021. Today in June 2022 I have yet to receive 1 rand from them and the communication lines have completely broken down it seems because they do not reply to emails or phone calls. This is utterly unacceptable from a business and customer service standpoint. I would like to have my money back, please.
