Unhappy loyal client of Audi Centre Bruma . I bought an S3 in december 2021 and already having issues. Coolant issues, booked it in for checks and they confirmed the issue and the parts needs to be ordered.So its a mechanical issue and was told no courtesy car then i insisted and boom they loan me a polo smelling of cigarette(its clear the car is used by a full time smoker). Am a none smoker and pregnant (high risk pregnancy).well to cut the long story my service advisor(Monique) kept quiet regarding progress the whole day which meant m stuck with a cigarette car for 2+ more days.i lodged a complain and well Celeste is still investigating and also failed to revert back to me as promised. Clearly the center does not give a damn about my complain let alot my health relating to my unborn baby. Theyv put me in a risky situation with no courtesy. Looking back at the loyalty and trust ive put into this center i do not deserve such service.Poor service with favorism i experienced. #audisouthafrica #audiservice
