I bought Printer Cartridges (did not work on my printer) & Fan for my laptop (was faulty) - they shipped to me, I paid postage, there was an amount left which they never mentioned until I queried, and still had to wait few weeks for refund. After I returned everything I got from them. They openend the carts & printed prior to sending, I never printed 1 page. Now he claims I cannot return because it was opened, but THEY opened it. Manager does not want to refund, Gives no reason. They did get a replacement fan, which he did not want to send unless I pay for shipping. Because I a live approx 1000Km from there I preferred them to refund instead, because if anything goes wrong I struggle to get service from them. Everything was returned to them, they accepted. So he kept everything, but refuse to refund. He cannot return to me because it is not working. Sent a few emails, now he ignores me. I do not want to do any business with him again, only want my money.
They sold my week at Ngwenya, the buyer already paid them they transferred the week into the new owners' name, in I think Febr 2025 but I have not received the full amount. When they send an email, there is no name & contact details so you don't know who you are speaking to The sales person when he answers my call (does not happen often) promises to find out what is going on and let me know, also does not do that. Then ignores my calls / WA's I do not get any answers.. their promises also come to nothing.

I made a booking with LPA, my request was for midweek 11-15 July 2022 - See below. LPA/Megan White emailed me the amount as well as the banking details LPA/she also provided a list of units available. I paid the amount and sent LPA/her an email saying which unit I prefer I also mentioned that I did the EFT and that she will be notified, as I added her email address to the payment on 25 May 2022. Only this week Tuesday/Wednesday did LPA/she started saying that it falls within school holidays and that midweek is not allowed, as well as I need to pay more. Also saying that she has not received my payment, and that she sold my unit. I mean really and now there is not units left, which is not true as far as I am aware. If LPA/she made the mistake then she should own up to it. We had an agreement and I feel that they should honor it. They gave me the price for the said midweek, I paid and provided my choice of available units, now I expect my Confirmation Letter for that midweek. LPA/she are doing there best to not give it to me. Sorry NOT acceptable. EFT done, you should receive confirmation shortly.
