Same as everyone else: ordered a denim dress on 25 January 2026, 16 March and still nothing! Answers my emails every week but just tells me to check my delivery status. It is from China, if I ordered it directly from Temu, I would have had it long ago and would have costed me less. Wish I could find the place on their website where I could leave a review. Stay away!!
I will also try to contact the Dutch and Italian embassy's to complain about their appointed agent, VFS. Tried to get an appointment for The Netherlands, couldn't get a date until after our return date. Had to change our plans and use the Belgium office. Got an appointment for Italy, hours behind the computer, the website was not very user friendly, tip: try late at night, I got in easier then. Showed up on time and waited for more than an hour to be seen, why even have a time-slot?!
