My claim was declined for no reason at all
You guys are a bunch of unprofessional crooks. My cellphone claim has just been rejected and no reasons were stated for the declining of the claim. No wonder you have over 90 reviews and 100% of those are negative. Do better. I am so disappointed.

Stolen samsung A32 Claim not processed for over 5days now
I have sent all the required documents on the 25th of May 2022 for my stolen samsung A32. According to the policy, theft claims are processed within 5 days and it have been over 5days now and as a university student, my life is literally stuck without a phone.
