I purchased tickets which where on special via tented adventures as an agency that sell on behave of National parks for Bezhoek resort, which I was suppose to use or go on vacation December, with Friends at a Price of R12000 dully paid via tented adventures. And the resort Bezhoek confirmed the booking to my understanding that means they received payment and sending us as customer confirmation of that. So surprisingly last month I get an email from the resort telling me that unfortunately Bezhoek has not made payment and they won't be able to accommodate us, Which to me is not right why did they send confirmation when we purchased on January saying they received payment and will be happy to accommodate us on the date we choose at first, and to come back now because of their affairs which i think don't involve us as customer. And now they want to reverse what was a confirmation for us. And now say they are sorry they won't accommodate us and we should make another payment in order for them to do that. They should not involve us in there business and I think should own up to there original arrangement as a resort.and sort out the money issues with tented adventures because they are the once who choose to do business with them not.
