Unhappy and misinformed

I took contract with telkom then failed to pay on March month Then they debited my account twice understandable then got a message Dear Telkom Customer. We confirm payment on your account 339133892 and your service(s) will be restored during the cause of the day. Thanks Telkom Until to date nothing it's done Not happy at all

Have cancelled the services of rain on the 2May 22 telephonically and rge reference was 7526929 On the 1st of June R699 was deducted from my account I asked for refund and until today No call back my emails are not answered Not happy with their services at all
