Worst ever experience with a corporate gift company
Worst ever experience with a corporate gift company. Delivered 3 banded T-short. Sales Rept is rude. Promised to send unbranded T-shirts to our offices (we paid R50 per T-shirt extra for branding as well as additional design cost). Received 1 only. The other two never arrived. We had to pay the full amount up front, because the T-shirts were branded. You cannot speak with management. According to sales representative and receptionist they communicate with Managment via e-mail only. There was no response to 3 e-mails send to "management".

Wost customer care service ever
I wanted to tranfer my telephone account to my husband. In the last 4 months my husband and I have been to their shop in carnival mall 6 times and submitted the required documentation. Called their call centre more than 5 times, send approximately 5 e-mails, also send a twitter message and commented on their website. Not 1 single person could assist me with feedback progress.
