This is looking more like a ****. Can not get hold of them via phone and they don't respond to email.
The service was awful. The person did not even know what cruise control is. Information about the vehicle is limited to the photos in the advert. The request for a video walk-through of the car and engine was denied. I believe that they are trying to **** a person.
I have never been so frustrated. Months of going through the same. Data contract that could never be handled as requested. Maybe now it has finaly been canceled and will never be billed to me again.
I would give zero if I could. I just received my invoice for June. I have been billed for a service I did not receive the sim and device for. I have just spoken to a very nice call center person. All of the call center people seem to know what is being asked of them and seem to know what they are talking about. However everything is always referred to the people who will action the request, the back office, this is where it all goes very wrong. This is where time is wasted waiting (3 to 7 days) for callbacks and responses that seem never to come until you call them back. I am still waiting for the promised callback from my previous Hello Peter review.
Vodacom service is useless. I have been with Vodacom for more that 35 years. The service I believed was the best. Over the last few years the voice service has deteriorated to the extent the in the middle of the call people can't hear me. I know that it is not the phone because it works perfectly over IP based services. In Jan this year I tried to get an uncapped data service, I have now given up and cancelled the upgrade as they seem unable to get the service right.
