Shocking service from both yourselves and westville Virgin Active never had anyone come back to me
I am appalled by the service received from yourselves. I have had no response from the company whom I told yourselves about Virgin active westville , and I thought that you would be able to assist
I have already sent my complaint thru I almost 2 weeks ago and have absolutely no feedback from either yourself or virgin active
I have had such bad feed back from Virgin active Head Office. I cancelled my son's contract as I could not afford to continue paying the R530pm, and a then a while later cancelled mine, as I was not well. I sent them emails regarding both. A month or 2 later I received a call advising me that I am in arrears with both, again I explained and said that I would send the emails again which I did. This went on for a couple of months. I eventually got so angry I decided to call head office. Well, what an unbelievable nightmare of an experience. No one could assist me, I was transferred from person to person, absolutely incompetent bunch. Bearing in mind I am using my air time. Anyway, to cut it short, I received a call back from a very helpful person called Mandy, and having explained everything all over again, and the fact that I had been a member with Virgin active even before it changed over, I was appalled by the service and was going to I know a dude.
