The worse internet provider in South Africa
For several weeks I have been trying to re-install my wi-fi. I contacted Supersonic three weeks before moving. Since then I have had endless problems contacting them telephonically and by email to the account department. All I have had is vague assurances that the matter is being escalated. Four weeks later I am still waiting for a date for installation or at least some more positive contact. As a paying customer I expect the service for which I am paying. This is surely a breach of contract on the part of Supersonic.
