I was assisted by Aaliyah. Very friendly and professional. Explained the process perfectly to me. She was a 🌟
I'm booked in here at Birchwood Hotel from the 24th March 2025 until the 28th March 2025. We are having our Denosa National Congress. Check in went well we had supper and all was good or so I thought. The following morning I started having stomach cramps and felt a bit bloated. I didn't really think anything of it until I started experiencing diarrhoea as well as others who were attending the Congress. Breakfast was not really a problem because I stayed away from all generally cooked foods. I requested a fried egg and toast and had cereal(cornflakes). Come lunch time you could see that they were serving us food which was left over from the previous day but the flavour was enhanced with different spices and sauces. I refrained from eating avoiding further abdominal issues. The symptoms we were experiencing were reported by the organizers of the Congress and we were asked to complete forms in which we were explaining what we had to eat and so forth. What infuriated me about the whole interview process and filling out of the forms was the fact that they were really not taking any responsibility for our dissatisfactions and ailments which were obviously caused by their food because we were perfectly fine before we ate their food. No medical care was offered instead our organizers had to go out and buy medication for us. It literally looks like they are serving us recycled food. We are a large group of more than 300. So one can imagine how much it has cost our Union(DENOSA) for our stay here for the whole week. They are also not honest in their dealings with us as I have a sister working in the hotel industry and she was able to open my eyes as to what we should be getting whilst staying at the hotel. To give but one example...at dinner we are supposed to be getting two soft drinks but thus is not the case we are getting just one. But overall I feel like I can check out and just go home but unfortunately I'm stuck here until Friday. Horrible horrible experience.
Victor Hartel was my claims consultant. He communicated with me when necessary whether be it by email or phone call keeping me abreast of the status of my claim. I never once had to call or email for a progress report. Thank u very much Victor u r a 🌟
I was involved in an accident 2 days ago and got great customer service from Cecelia on the phone on the scene. An ambulance was arranged for my son to get emergency critical care. On return from hospital she gave me a call to tell me that my claim had been registered and that a rental car would be arranged for me. No follow-ups were done by me as everything was done as promised. Thank you so so much Cecelia.
I got great service from Dawid. Very patient and friendly
From the very beginning I was not treated well by Dotsure Insurance. On my very first claim I had to do follow-ups with them no consultant called me until I eventually got through to their claims department. Was promised a call back but still it never happened. I voiced out my dissatisfaction and given an apology. I thought they had improved when I claimed for the second time as my claim was finalized within a week. In July again I put in a claim. To date my car is still at the mechanic as they are sending me from pillar to post. I would be told to submit documents. On submitting something else would be required of me. I would strongly advise people not to insure with them. They are only happy when they get their premiums every month but come claim time they don't come to the party.
I just signed up for warranty cover with Dotsure.co.za and was assisted by a very patient agent. I'm saying patient because he tried getting in touch with me for 2 days and he never gave up. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Big-ups to him.
