It is with the deepest regret and disappointment that I have reached a stage where this has to be done. To say I am disappointed and hurt, would be a great understatement. I took my car to Mercedes- Benz (New Vaal in Vereeniging ) on the 23rd March 2022 for a replacement of the transmission plate. When I got there Mauro Pozzan. who was then a service advisor assured me they have the relevant part, all they are going to do is replace it. I thereafter went to New Vaal every week to check on the progress of my vehicle, which to my disappointment was still not complete, even though it was beyond the agreed time frame I was given. Every week I received the same reason which was that my vehicle has been stripped and booked". Mauro Pozzan later resigned and my advisor is now Ruan Erasmus, i am still getting the same story that my car is booked week after week. As a customer I have done what was expected from me and paid what I had to, which amounted to R 52 000. As I am writing this email, the mentioned amount has been paid in full. 9 June 2022, Today marks 3 months and a couple of days with no car, no communication, no effort (on the part of Mercedes-Benz) , and very poor communication (from the Mercedes-Benz team at New Vaal in Vereeniging). This is by far the most unprofessional service I have ever received in my entire life.
