I just received a call from a consultant who swore at me (referred to me as "sfebe") because I did not want a quotation. If this is how your consultant treats potential clients, how do you treat actual clients? Disgraceful.
I am frustrated! I renewed my license disk via natis online and this is the courier company they used. My parcel has been out for delivery since the 4th of March... today they write that delivery will only be by appointment but WHY?! since I've been waiting since Monday? My current license disk has expired and I'm basically at skynets mercy!
Administrative Nightmare. I placed a new order with HYPA after having one of my tenants move out with their router, who used Home-Connect as their ISP. After placing the order and processing payment, HYPA noticed there is an active address line registered with my home address . Instead of sending technicians to facilitate a new installation and move the line to a more suitable location in the same yard - I'm being sent from pillar to post. The latest update is that VUMA executives must terminate my order on their side, process a new order and then they'll be able to request installation??? Instead of just sending out technicians? I dread the day I'll have issues with the router. Dread it and I haven't even started using VUMA's services. Trash customer service.
