All Pro Prop didn't pay landlord the full money collected from tenant
The Principal of All Pro Prop, Mike Ellis, was managing the rental of one of our properties in Knights, Germiston. He received payment from the tenant for November 2023 and paid us only part of the rental. He kept 11000 rands that he was not entitled to and despite numerous promises to pay the amount over, has not done so to this date.

Art Savings Club has exceptional service!
Art savings club not only has a wide selection of art supplies, but is easy to order from online. Prices are fair but where they really excel is getting the goodies shipped fast. My last order came much sooner than I expected and they also included a small bonus with what I had ordered. A free water-soluble graphite pencil was most welcome with the set of graphite watercolours I had ordered. Thanks so much.

Thank you for the Glass Dip Pen
I just ordered a glass dip pen from St Pauls pens. I received it within a week in its own little foam-lined box. The pen is beautifully made and works well. They also included, as a bonus I guess, a pot of custom nightshade ink, which was a nice surprise. Thanks a lot guys I am happy with it and hope you do well.
