Worst
They are the worst! I paid the Car since Feb22 and the car broke in the first 2 weeks. I had to pay the car for 6 months not using or driving it. I cancelled the agreement and had to pay a penulty installment. Arranged to pay it off for I couldn't afford it. When I check my credit score I am all of a sudden in arrears with 9 months. But I got the car only in Feb22? How does this work??? You cant call them. Only communicate via email? Can't we make a case against them? The info that they give through is false and now it reflects that I am a bad payer?

Useless
Bought a car through Glamcore motors in Johannesburg. Also Planet42... got the car and first week that I was driving it... the thrust bearing broke. The dealership came to fetch the car to fix the problem stating that I was driving on the clutch. But it takes years for a thrust bearing just to break. When I got the car back,all of the lights on the dash was burning. Throwing out errors everywhere. I informed planet42 aswell as the dealership which no one did anything. I am a women staying on a farm out of town with a little girl. One morning the car lost power and left me next to the road. I've been paying the car every month and no one can assist me. How can I pay for something that is not driving and giving problems. I want to take it further but how?
