Very Bad service at The courier Guy (Bloemfontein)
The Courier Guy (Bloemfontein) has very rude and unprofessional employees. I received a message that I would be receiving my parcel within the same day (Thursday 20th of March), then I waited, leading to the cancellation of my other plans in order to obtain the parcel. When the day progressed, I called the office to inquire about the whereabouts of the parcel, and I was told that the driver would call you. Unfortunately, the day passed, and I did not receive the parcel. When I inquired about this failure to keep the delivery promise on email, a person called Sindie Els stated that they are still within the delivery time frame, thus either on the 25th or 26th of March, but what Sindie forgot is the message I received in the morning of the 20th of March that assured me that I would be receiving the parcel the same day. I am disappointed in this organization.

Bad experience at Nicol Hotel and Conference Centre
I had a very bad experience at the Nicol Hotel located in Bedfordview, Johannesburg. I was given to a room 110 which was filthy dirty. I was totally disgusted with the following: (i) pillows were visibility dirty, (ii) sheets were dirty, (iii) the floor was very dirty with hair all over, (iv) the room had only one duvet in winter and when I requested for another one, I got torn blanket, (v) at the reception there was a pregnant lady who appeared irritated when I asked about the TV that was not working
