AXXESS SUPPORT SUCKS. I have been trying to get someone to call me. My problem cannot be re resolved on their website on their Ai generated responses. I need advice and quotes. The staff try to put you off by generating response after response via their AI . TO ANYONE WANTING AN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER -- STAY AWAY FROM AXXESS. THEIR SUPPORT SUCKS
Snatcher service is PATHETIC. I ordered and paid for a portable sewing machine on 7th August 2024. When it arrived it was defective and I informed Snatcher the very same day. The only response I have had from Snatcher (& an employee by the name of Alyssa) is that they have escalated this and they will need 48 hours to respond. I have sent emails almost daily since then requesting some sort of response as to how this is going to be resolved. I GET NO ANSWER !!!!!! IT'S PATHETIC WARNING TO ALL PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS OUT THERE. DON'T EVER BUY FROM SNATCHER. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME. RBA SMITH
Warning to all potential investors out there. AI TRUST ROBOT IS A ****. They are a bunch of ******* - nothing less. The biggest ***** of them all is a clown by the name of Michael Norman. His main modus operandi is to pressure the person into investigating in crypto currency (Bitcoin) with limited time constraints and promises of huge profits. He promotes the **** with trading promises of 20:1 leverage on purchasing Bitcoin with cut off times. My main focus is to warn other people of these *****sters and hopefully prevent a few other people getting caught by these *******. Snatcher review My previous beef with Snatcher was with how they handled a quality problem. They hid behind AI (computer generated) replies instead of dealing with me and my problem. If I had been handled properly, instead of being avoided, I would have been a satisfied customer. So, despite my previous reviews, I have continued to buy from Snatcher. 1.They have a fantastic array of product. 2.Their prices are very competitive. 3.Their delivery service is excellent. 4.The way they handle a problem after delivery sucks. I have subsequently given Snatcher good reviews when I refer people to online suppliers.
THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. Snatcher customer response and care is pathetic. THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. DON'T BUY FROM THEM BONGANI It has now been over 2 weeks. and I am still waiting for a refund. I am highly irritated and very angry. Just be courteous enough to let me know is going on. You people (Snatcher) and the manner in which you deal with unhappy customers is the highly unprofessional. I have recently had to return a defective/damaged item to Snatcher twice. I begged for someone via email from Snatcher call me and let me know what was happening on countless occasions. I made my dissatisfaction and frustration pretty clear in my emails to them. I received a computer generated reply. I recently ordered and paid for another product from Snatcher last Sunday 27th Aug and have not receive a shipping notification yet - 3rd Sept - a whole week later). Again, I have sent them numerous emails requesting that someone from Snatcher calls me. And I receive a computer generated reply again. All I am asking for is a human voice that I can find out what is going on. My frustration level with Snatcher is now THROUGH THE ROOF.
I ordered and paid for a product on Sun 27th Aug. Snatcher confirmed the payment and order the same day. It's now Wednesday and I have sent Snatcher at least 12 emails trying to find out what is happening with the shipment of this order and/or asking someone to contact me URGENTLY to let me know what is happening with the shipment of my order. I have had ZERO response from them. It's PATHETIC !!!!!!!!!!! and disrespectful. NB NB NB - To any prospective Snatcher customers out there. I strongly advise against dealing with this completely inept and inefficient company.
