I paid for a 6 months subscription for my 89 year old father as he likes to read The Star daily. Not a single copy has been delivered since 15th June when I was told the first delivery would take place. My father now takes a walk in an unsafe area to buy his copy (which I have already paid for with the subscription). The call centre have been unable or unwilling to solve the problem in spite of daily phone calls to them. They will not give me any contact details for senior staff. There has been no response to my complaint on Twitter or Facebook
