There's another tender scam being run by Karen and accomplices (tel 021-5150029 mobile: 060 7048695) this time under the guise of www.armystoreza.co.za - Army Storeza Military Surplus Stores CC. Address on website/ quotation is Marine Drive Industrial Park, 8 Marine Drive, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town at which address they are totally unknown by any of the occupants/ tenants there. Modus operandi: an email is sent from a fake government procurement address such as a dcs.gov.za address requesting an obscure item such as an MRX60 FLASHLIGHT STUN GUN which in this variation of the scam is only available from armystoreza.co.za Other random items requested by these scamsters using fake government email addresses would also yield an exact match on other fake websites If the unwary supplier/ bidder submits a bid then upon being notified of winning the bid one would presumably receive an official 'order' which might result in money being transferred to the fake quoting 'company' (such as Army Storeza) and that would be the end of the 'transaction'. Money is transferred with no goods ever changing hands, as many reviews posted on Hellopeter attest. Forewarned is forearmed!
Brilliant company to deal with. They are expert at waterproofing and troubleshooting roof leaks. Their work is guaranteed and stands the test of time
Corrie Strydom quoted for and executed a roof maintenance, sealing and painting job, which was promptly and efficiently executed on 12 May 2021. Within a week of completion, the first leak/drip was also promptly dealt with (24 May). However, his misguided "fix" of that problem resulted in the drip turning into a waterfall along an interior bedroom wall and all attempts to secure Corrie's return to site in June and July have been met with excuse after excuse. Be warned that Corrie Strydom of Handy Ants Handyman is quick off the starting block, but unable to finish with the same 'enthusiasm'. You're better off dealing with an established, reputable company!
Placed an order online pclinkshop.co.za for a Dualstream S1 headphone and speaker bluetooth wireless audio transmitter/streamer (R1,549.00) for a Samsung tv early in Feb 2021. No word from PC Link Computers as at today 25 Feb 2021. Have started transaction payment reversal process with my bank. emails to enquiry@pclinkshop.co.za and to support@pclinkshop.co.za all bounce back. They appear to have no telephone number either, so the scam is to take one's online payment then disappear with it. avoid PC LINK Computers & pclinkshop.co.za as they're THIEVES!!!
