My only issue with them is that the tech support is not great when your in rural ( Kathu,NC ) areas. I am not sure if they have technicians in main cities to assist clients. We have this service for about 2 years and for the most part it was fine. Now the last 3 months I am struggling a lot with the line quality. Were we will start using our cell phones to conduct business defeating the purpose of the line phones. I do get assistance when I call, but its always to just reboot or check internet quality etc. I wish they had people to come and assist when we have problems. I am fed-up on calling them and I am being asked to put it "off" and "on" again. Or to move my phone to our internet router to check if my other provider internet quality is better? Why do I have to sit with the problem if I am paying them the service contract agreement! The last 3 months my experience changed from it being fine and reliable to very bad in quality. Surly if we have logged a few calls and the problem persist they must ensure a technician to come out and check why???????????
