My friend and I recently had dinner here, located at the Point Break Hotel in Greenpoint and the experience was superb! Such a beautiful location, food was excellent and our server, Rea, was incredibly friendly, informative, and made the best effort to look after us well. I definitely recommend trying the cheesecake, and the weekday specials are awesome value for money.
Thami is an absolute life saver, after struggling for months and feeling like I was on the verge of giving up, he assisted me at every step of the way to resolve my issues and close my claim. He was always friendly, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile to assist me. I hope his team realizes what an asset he is. Thank you, Thami!
Discovery insurance provides the worst customer service in it's history, since the concept came about in 1760. That's 263 years of people figuring out how to do it right, and Discovery Insure is still the worst. I've sent multiple queries, written multiple reviews, asked to speak to a manager multiple times, and still I have not been paid out for an minor accident that happened in February 2023. It would take less time to assist my payout than it would for their agent to make a cup of coffee. At this rate, i'm thinking of sending them a Valentine's day card for the anniversary of this claim, because it likely still won't be resolved by then.
Absolutely ridiculous service. If you want an insurance provider that actually gives you what you pay for, Discovery is NOT IT. STAY AWAY! My car was involved in a fender bender in FEBRUARY 2023. A third party insurance claim was filed by the person who caused the incident and we have just been given the run around without my car actually getting fixed. The last communication I had from discovery was to visit the drive centre to review at the damage on the 17th of May 2023. It took 3 MONTHS for even that to that to happen. I was told the panel beater would be calling me within 5 days to set up a booking. After multiple emails and calls that don't get answered, it is now a month later and i still have heard nothing about my car getting fixed. it has been 114 DAYS since the incident occurred. Terrible communication, terrible company.
This is my second time ordering from Snatcher and the service is always great. My product was delivered earlier than I expected and the quality is good. Definitely a great online store for affordable products!
