A Heartfelt Thank You to Kerr’s Funeral Directors As a family, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to Kerr’s Funeral Directors for their phenomenal assistance during our most difficult time. Our beloved mother sadly and unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, 23 January 2025. It was a moment of immense turmoil, and navigating the process of arranging a funeral was something we had never done before. From the very first contact, the Kerr’s team truly came through for us with compassion and professionalism. We reached out to Kerr’s on Friday morning at 8:00, informing them of our situation and our plans to go to the hospital to identify our mother’s body. Andre assured us that his team would meet us at the hospital morgue to handle the collection and necessary formalities, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. True to their word, they were there promptly, took care of all the required paperwork, and provided us with much-needed support. One of our biggest concerns was the administrative burden of applying for the death certificate, as the thought of navigating bureaucratic processes while grieving felt overwhelming. To our immense relief, Kerr’s handled this entirely, allowing us to focus on mourning and being with our family. When we visited their offices to select a casket and finalize arrangements, the patience and understanding they showed us were exceptional. We struggled to make a decision and eventually chose a white casket, which was not in stock. Despite this, the team accommodated our wishes with care and professionalism, ensuring everything was arranged as we desired. On the day of the funeral service, Kerr’s level of service remained impeccable. Just as they were at the hospital morgue, they arrived promptly on time and conducted themselves with the highest level of professionalism and dignity. Everything was handled seamlessly, allowing us to focus on honoring our mother’s memory without any additional stress. The next day at the crematorium, they once again demonstrated their commitment to excellence, ensuring everything proceeded smoothly and respectfully. We cannot thank Andre and his team enough for their support, kindness, and professionalism during this deeply emotional time. Their service exceeded our expectations, and we wholeheartedly recommend Kerr’s Funeral Directors to anyone in need of compassionate and efficient funeral arrangements. Flight Book Refund
The Service received from Flight centre regarding our flight refund has been priceless. After reading some frightful reviews and experiences from others on the net I am super pleased with the service we have received from cancellation to refund. At first we thought we would keep tickets open and reuse them as well as save on the penalties. We decided to cancel them rebook on another airline. The price was so good that we were able to book an extra ticket for my wife. Our refund for three tickets got us 4 tickets and change. All concerns and questions were answered the agents were a call away. Confirmation of reimbur*****t was on point and now we wait for it to reflect in our account. Thank you flight centre for this great service and I really see no need to use any other travel agent going forward. We travel quite extensively as a family and look forward to a long relationship with you and your super team. Khanyile thank you for the prompt responses and updates. Turned a sad moment into a memorable experience
An absolute pleasurable experience from the online booking. Our visas didn’t arrive in time and we expected to be given the run around. The service from the agents namely Cindy and Motsi was amazing. Thank you guys your kind and friendly assistance made a massive difference. 😁😁😁. Going forward our travel agents of choice is Flight Centre
