Kanopi - Lost deposit and still waiting since 2021
Paid my deposit for a canopy in 2021 and to date, I am still waiting for further feedback and date when the canopy will be fitted/received. Francois Schutte came across as a very trusting man with solid Christian values and made promises that everyone will receive their canopy but nothing transpired. I am led to believe that others received theirs but mine has been outstanding since 2021 and no feedback on the R10K deposit that was paid. I even went as far as requesting my deposit to be returned but nothing forthcoming. I have even tried communication via cellphone, social media, etc. but all has gone on deaf ears. I have not given up on trying to get my deposit back but to have someone who preaches so well and make empty promises, but is such a **** and ***** is totally wrong and ungodly. I will still continue fighting for my canopy and deposit to be returned. My advice to everyone is to please stay away from this company or any company that is associated with Francois Schutte and his team.

I would like to write a review about dotsure
I would like to write a review about dotsure.co.za. I was assisted by Ryan Butler and received excellent service from him. I needed to extend my bakkie warranty and Ryan handled the entire process with professionalism and made it simple . Kudos to you Ryan and thanks for sorting me out. Dotsure.co.za - you have a real asset in Ryan. Just so you know , this my second vehicle on Dotsure's warranty extension and I definitely wouldn't change a thing 👍🏼👏🏼.
