If there were an option to give zero stars, I would have. I was in a panic when I could not find my phone and accepted the offer to have access for 24 hours for a minimal fee to trace my lost phone. When I tried to get access, a pop-up came up that blocked me, so I could NOT FIND MY PHONE. I could not get the access I legitimately paid for which means that I got ****med. To make matters worse, the next day more than 50x the amount I originally paid had been withdrawn from my account without my consent. It was supposedly a ‘subscription’, I never requested nor gave consent to. This company is a ****. Stay AWAY!!! The bank promised that my money would be paid back a week from today after I had to go through a whole procedure to convince them that I had been *******. Moreover, I had to pay extra R70 to cancel my bank card due to this incident. DON’t ENTRUST YOUR BANK INFO TO THIS COMPANY. What happened to me might happen to you. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY. They **** you when you are in a panic to find your phone.
I would like to stop my paid subscription at TotalAV and have sent twelve emails since October to request that. They reply and try to convince me to stay on and block me from ways on the app and the website so that I’m unable to stop my subscription. They continue to withdraw my payment every month after they had repeatedly received all the necessary information to stop. They are currently withdrawing those amounts without my permission from me as I no longer want them to do that. Unfortunately there is no way to stop that from my side. Their customer care is non-existing- they just try to keep me as a client against my will.
Customer service is pathetic. Since mid October 2022 till now my husband has been trying to get them to reverse erroneous depletion of his doctor’s visits. My visit visit to the same doctor were withdrawn from his profile and subsequently his visits could not be paid by them - even though he had many that should be available. Countless emails had been exchanged and promises to rectify it had been broken over and over again. He got 8 different follow-up reference numbers but the problem is still not sorted.
Saul quoted more than advertised on his website and when I confronted him, it got ugly. He never gave us an invoice or receipt. He was sleeping in his truck while his workers were busy and never checked the work when they were done. They didn’t clean up properly when they had left, leaving lots of nails and rubble all over the place. When we asked him to follow up, he stopped communicating.
