I have a month to month Fibre with webafrica, for the past 20days I have been trying to make a payment but I couldn't because it was not giving me an option to add my bank card, I called them, sent them emails, live chats with no luck, then I decided to change my ISP still no luck coz they saying there's an active internet service...I have lost so much trying to get help, my child couldn't attend extra school virtual classes, I couldn't work from home while I was required to...I am still unable to do anything
They called me for security 1st services and promised to send me grocery voucher after the 1st successful debit order, I have been calling them and they saying they are resending the voucher till now...1st I spoke to Zintle & Amanda, for follow up I spoke to Pearl
