We took the WiFi package with DStv and it was delivered about 2weeks ago. Till today the router was not activated yet even though we paid for it already. We spoke to more than 4 people over the weekend and a few minutes ago my husband spoke to Ludwe who don't really know what to say. He kept putting him on hold and refused to give a reference number for the call. Dstv's customer service is pathetic to say the least
