I have been paying R708 monthly subscription, after my June payment i checked my balance on the app ot says R737 and for what i dont know. Nothing was communicated and i dis not add anything. I want this to be sorted.

We took the WiFi package with DStv and it was delivered about 2weeks ago. Till today the router was not activated yet even though we paid for it already. We spoke to more than 4 people over the weekend and a few minutes ago my husband spoke to Ludwe who don't really know what to say. He kept putting him on hold and refused to give a reference number for the call. Dstv's customer service is pathetic to say the least

So Andile from your team promises a call back and hasn't rung me yet. Meanwhile on the 11th I'm upgraded automatically and I'm told AGAIN THAT I DID IT ON LINE. That time I cannot access anything self-service. What must one do for assistance? BONGIWE on the call with me keeps putting the phone on Mute. She hung up on me. At 20:46. Saying a manager will call me just now. What the HELL!!!!

On November 2021 my husband applied for a rooter Dstv online and he was advise by a consultant that it will be cheaper if he is a customer with them meaning if he owns a decoder the decoder was on my name the Explora and extra view I was paying R549 monthly that was debited into my account. When Dstv confirmed the change of ownership was done they still debited my account and debited my husband account for the same month on my side I reversed the debit order of 549 my husband was billed 514 on because it exclude insurance since we applied for the rooter on November it was not delivered but my husband is been charged for it on January debit order changed from R514 to R629 when I dispute they are saying he owns 113 which I don’t know where it comes from coz the is no increase at the moment and now February a debit order of R1080 was deducted for Internet which I have not even received have been quiry since November and now I’m not even interest because they have done fraud into our account and when we went to their office the consultant are very rude saying they don’t know anything about online customers have been complaining Dstv customer service is very poor I am going to write to Ombudman because I have been complaining since December without any assistant and they have fraudulently debited incorrect amount into my account making me have returned debit orders because that amount they deducted was not what I have budgeted for. It is the second time writing to hello Peter they only reply privately because they hide their fraudulent ways I am extremely angry such a big company like Dstv with so much fraud and careless about people monies

DSTV has the worst call centre and email helpdesk, I have ever come across. Sending comprehensive emails to DSTV helpdesk email box is absolutely useless, as each email is dealt with by a new consultant and they don't read previous correspondence. I honestly wish my parents were not dependent on this service.

I filled out an online form for installation and someone called me back to say they can replace my parents decoder with the new one we had purchased for R350. Later when i called my parents I was shocked to find that they were told to pay R1800. When I asked why so much my parents said that they were told the splitter they need is expensive but the installer will give them a discount, instead of R1600 he will sell them one for R1200. When I checked online it sells for R710. The splitter wasn't even new. They didn't give prices before the time just installed and gave the invoice after. When I confronted them about it all they said was that they have different suppliers so the prices are different. These guys prey on the elderly and people who don't know better.

Crooks who stole my DSTV voucher that was meant to pay for their service and to claim all the things needed for installation on top of that they charged me a whopping R1500 for DSTV installation. So they took the voucher and demanded R1500 after installing. After all this, they blocked my number, Multichoice should do something about these scammers
