I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted by the way my issues were handled by yourselves. I placed an order on the 02.11.23 and I am yet to receive it. I called on the 9th to query my order, on that call I was advised that the driver was hijacked and that my order would be redeliverd to me on the 11.11.23, the agent also confirmed that I could make this a click and collect at the Adderly store. Since then, I have been getting emails from your staff telling me that this would not happen. That some of the items I ordered where now out of stock and I can take a voucher. I find this unacceptable and Ludacris, I've been waiting for this order for so long now. The rules should be amended considering that this is no fault of mine. I never came to you and asked for a refund. I asked for my order. You are failing to live up to your standards and our initial agreement. I now am expected to just take a voucher and call it a day. I will not be doing that. Please advise me of another way forward, telling me I won't be refunded with money due to the payment method I've used is unacceptable, payflex expects money from me, the voucher your offering is useless. Why am I suffering when the issue was on your side?? I now expect compensation for the stress caused by your team.
I'm extremely disappointed by the way Margo from Somerset mall branch treated me and my partner on the 29/06/23. 1st of all.. when entering your restaurant, there's no one there to welcome us. We had to walk in and pick seats. Ofcoz no one noticed that we'd entered, meaning I had to raise my hand to get Margo's attention. She came to us unfriendly as hell. Asked for our orders and never bothered to introduce herself. Did I mention that the menu's where never given to us?! This woman should be part of the staff at the back, she completely made us feel unwanted. She was happy helping the next couple that came after us with a smile though.. so this proves that she wasn't happy serving us, could it be a race thing? Idk, the young men that were serving the the restaurant were so nice and brought the food. Margo need more training, her service is disgusting. I will never enter that restaurant again. RUDE WOMAN INDEED!
I'm furious with way I've been treated by Buli from Tbe Space in Cavendish Mall CPT. That lady has no respect for my time and lacks communication. I bought a dress from them which turned out to be faulty. I took it back for an exchange or refund and was told that it will be sent to the designer and I'd be contacted. IT'S BEEN A MONTH. no refund no dress no contact. I'm livid!!!
So Andile from your team promises a call back and hasn't rung me yet. Meanwhile on the 11th I'm upgraded automatically and I'm told AGAIN THAT I DID IT ON LINE. That time I cannot access anything self-service. What must one do for assistance? BONGIWE on the call with me keeps putting the phone on Mute. She hung up on me. At 20:46. Saying a manager will call me just now. What the HELL!!!!
The level of service I've recieved from DSTV customer support is so low, it's sad that there is no other way of keeping my TV on without them. My package was magically upgraded without my knowledge. My information is now missing from the system and needs to be updated. They tell me that the issue is escalated. Now I'm on a call for 2hours. I'm told that the escalations team does not exist, by Shanice and Amy.. Shanice listened to the calls and tells me that I was lied to and that she's sorry. ISSUE NOT RESOLVE STILL.
