On November 2021 my husband applied for a rooter Dstv online and he was advise by a consultant that it will be cheaper if he is a customer with them meaning if he owns a decoder the decoder was on my name the Explora and extra view I was paying R549 monthly that was debited into my account. When Dstv confirmed the change of ownership was done they still debited my account and debited my husband account for the same month on my side I reversed the debit order of 549 my husband was billed 514 on because it exclude insurance since we applied for the rooter on November it was not delivered but my husband is been charged for it on January debit order changed from R514 to R629 when I dispute they are saying he owns 113 which I don’t know where it comes from coz the is no increase at the moment and now February a debit order of R1080 was deducted for Internet which I have not even received have been quiry since November and now I’m not even interest because they have done fraud into our account and when we went to their office the consultant are very rude saying they don’t know anything about online customers have been complaining Dstv customer service is very poor I am going to write to Ombudman because I have been complaining since December without any assistant and they have fraudulently debited incorrect amount into my account making me have returned debit orders because that amount they deducted was not what I have budgeted for. It is the second time writing to hello Peter they only reply privately because they hide their fraudulent ways I am extremely angry such a big company like Dstv with so much fraud and careless about people monies
