I am disheartened to have to upload this review, but it is honestly disgraceful how Sunbet support have treated my matter of only R590 which was taken from my account. I have lost hundreds of thousands of rands on this online platform and I am a Platinum MVG Sun member from my play in the walk-in casinos as well. Everytime I contact the support team, they say they have escalated the request. I have contact support over 10 times in a 3 week period and I have not received a single positive communication from them. I play online on other platforms and have never had this problem. I hope this message gets to people and people stop supporting this platform. Thank God it was not a significant amount, that I normally play with. Thank You Sunbet for stopping me from playing on your platform going forward.
I did not visit the physical store but purchased from online store. 5 Star customer service. I asked a question with regard to stock, I received feedback within 12 hours. I was notified stock was on hand in-store. Then when I placed order, system responses with placement, dispatch and shipping was received on the turn. I will definitely be recommending this electronic company to everyone looking for electronic components, spares and products. Keep it up!
I am canceling due to lack of service. On 2nd May 2022, I had notified Axxess of a problem with my internet access. I did not have 2.4Ghz access at all. After many conversations with the technical department. On 23rd May I was notified that my router will need to be tested. I arranged for collection on 1st June 2022, router was only collected on 5th June. I then received NEW router on 10 June 2022, as old router was found to be faulty but then a new internet connectivity problem arose. I only got an internet connection on 22 June 2022, after more back and forth conversations with technicians. 4 days later, I don't have internet access again. The Axxess team is not able to resolve my internet connectivity problems in a timely manner, so I am canceling my services.
DSTV has the worst call centre and email helpdesk, I have ever come across. Sending comprehensive emails to DSTV helpdesk email box is absolutely useless, as each email is dealt with by a new consultant and they don't read previous correspondence. I honestly wish my parents were not dependent on this service.

Was introduced to this website, with the perception of earning dollars for 15-20 mins of work a day. Unfortunately after reaching the minimum criteria and awaiting for the 30th of the month, as stipulated in the T&Cs, have not received any payout. Created a ticket with support but no response. Sent an email to support but this email has an undeliverable response notification. So upon, all these criterias, I have come to the conclusion this website is Fake/Scam and needs to be reported.
The service I received from this store and call center was impeccable. The stores telephone is problematic but calling the call center, I received outstanding customer service. I was contacted directly by the store manager after being provided with regional managers contact details. Then when I got to the store, a unit was already waiting for my purchase. I then had asked for delivery to be arranged before 12 midday and this was done with an after service call. This store service was truly unique and phenomenal, now I understand, why they are around for so many years. Well done House and Home Group, keep it up.
My parents, received excellent from Outsurance call center and third part operators. Geyser burst on Saturday, with in an hour, one of third party operators, visited to access, they notified us that the geyser is still under warranty immediately. We where then called by call center and notified that the Geyser company will have to replace. They keep in contact with us, until replacement was delivered and installed. Thank You to Outsurance, will definitely recommend.
This is first time in 27 years that we have tried to ask for assistance from Mutual and Federal but we have been disappointed by the service received from your company. We have a household insurance policy and never missed a payment. We have asked for an assessor to come out to property and check roof and walls. To no avail.
