I deposited R120 on Sunbet, got my deposit match bonus of R120. Decided to play Gates of Olympus 1000. I first stated playing 100 spins @ 0.50 a spin with double chance on. After increased my bet size to R1 a spin with double chance on, it depleted the whole balance without one free feature. What a terrible game and disappointment to the site, I am very unsatisfied. I would not recommend Sunbet and this slot game to anyone. I am no longer going to support this site.

Dear Sunbet / Sun international I am so unhappy with your services, firstly live support agents gave me s#@t , they so short off, no customer services or satisfaction at all , firstly I'm a new member to Sunbet , I did my first withdrawal , did a hell hectic playthrough, and actually did my first withdrawal, the agent didnt even congratulate me at all, just said iust FICA I have been trying since yesterday to FICA , because your app is faulty, I can't upload anything,,,,I've been struggling and waiting up until now, 14:58 pm , which is ridiculous, This is totally unacceptable, I am very unhappy, disregarded and ill treatment was given, not a good experience at all.........

I have been a VIP player for well over 2 years, i worked out that from my Capitec Account Alone the total i spent from there excluding from my other bank account was almost 1 mil in the last 5 months, hear comes the funny part, they believe so little in service that i have had to phone them 15 times i had to phone the bank 10 times, i sent them proof of payment as they requested, it so happened that i sent them proof of payment nearly 10 times, now they have after 40 hours for something which should not have taken 40 seconds essentially told me, That they are toooo stupid and even though they know they have my money 1199, they are not planning on crediting my account because it will some day some how on its own reflect. I have been asking my VIP host for 2 weeks as their developers or whomever played around on the app broken nearly every single button in the app store. The level of intelligence, as well as the level of competency, as well as the level of Transparency of this entity, simply takes my breath away.
