Bad service
It's been 5 days since I opened sunbet account, I uploaded fica documents ,status is "congratulations you are verified can now deposit " but when I tried to withdraw it rejects my withdrawal due to fica documents

Payment Arrangement letter
I email a lady by the name of Yvonne Mathoma at at city property to make payment arrangements and asking for payment arrangement letter, she said they don't have such letter,I don't understand why huge business such as city property can't give payment arrangement letter so you can pay them,I really need the letter.
