To say how frustrated and disappointed I am with Sunbet is an understatement. I opted to deactivate my account as nothing was paying and I was losing too much money. I was not aware of the settings for responsible gaming so I just had my account deactivated. However, there is still money in my Su bet account which I would like back. Im not interested in deactivating my account as the option I chose does not allow me to, all I want is my money. I jave spent weeks emailing them. Everytime I get a response I am asked to send some document - i have sent ID, proof of address, bank confirmation, proof of deposit - some of those more than once. Still nothing. I then took a deep breath and decided to wait the long wait to chat to an online consultant - that was fruitless as well, I was promised my issue would be escalated but it's now been 2 weeks. I think I started emailing them about 6-7 weeks ago. Do they not read the bad reviews on this site? Do they not care? I then thought all was fine as I received an email telling me my account was deactivated- I was so happy as I could then go into my account to withdraw the money, but when I went to login in I was denied. Come on Sunbet. I feel like everytime I send yet another email requesting my money a new person reads it and the issue goes back to the beginning. I have been so very patient, polite and obliging...they unfortunately have been unhelpful, clueless and dismissive. I am about to give up which is what they want.
