Debiting cash that’s not their own

Debited account twice with insurance cancelled over a month ago. Insurance was never even instated yet I was charged admin fees and a pro-rata fees even though they confirmed that the account was cancelled on the 31st of May. Let alone the inception date of the vehicle was only for the 15th of June, hence no insurance was ever even in place. I said I would take this further if I was charged again and I will take it as far up as I can as this is unacceptable.
