Terribble service
Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys. The agents are rude! Zero star mchana,zero!I've been trying to cancel a policy for weeks and they have the nerve to tell me about a admin fee,ADMIN fee for what when I canceled waybbefore the first installment was suppose to go off...and they still tried to debit😤

cynthia soko you are 1 in a million!!!
i just to say thank to Cynthia Soko in your claims department... being a person that didnt believe in brokers and also having a string of conusltants at your company assist me... its a breath of fresh air to have somebody as reliable as cynthia... she assisted me with my accident claim with a professional approach, did daily updates for me and gave me all the advice i needed. she is a key asset in your company and you shouldnt let her leave any time soon. i will recommend her to everybody i know for her professionalism and just absolute passion for helping those in need. keep it up cynthia you are 1 in a million!!!!

I thought brokers were meant to be intermediaries between myself and the insurer. It’s frustrating that I have been paying monthly for there services and when I need them to clarify and effectively communicate with myself and insurance, they are no where in sight. There was little to no communication from their end after I submitted a claim. I had to call for 5 days before I could get assistance. Definitely seeking another broker.

I thought brokers were meant to be intermediaries between myself and the insurer. Debiting cash that’s not their own
Debited account twice with insurance cancelled over a month ago. Insurance was never even instated yet I was charged admin fees and a pro-rata fees even though they confirmed that the account was cancelled on the 31st of May. Let alone the inception date of the vehicle was only for the 15th of June, hence no insurance was ever even in place. I said I would take this further if I was charged again and I will take it as far up as I can as this is unacceptable.

I've taken a insurance with Savvybrokers for my motor vehicle. It recently had a minor dent and needs detailing with regards to this issue non the less they have not been helpful and have taken me from pillar to post over a period of two weeks now without any accountability with my claim if you don't make a follow up you are on your own. They even refuse to release an onboarding recording which details our agreement. Think twice before you take anything with them or you'll write your next bad experience here too.

We had a car accident June and still not sorted now they want us to take out a new disc that is only expired end October this year and car was a right off now they do not want to do the pay out
