Gindra motors sold me an accident damaged car. Upon taking the car to another dealership, I discovered that the car had damage up to R115 000-00. Gindra also sold the car to me with 1 wrong tyre size on the rear right. They did not replace the tyre with the factory standard after I requested it. Upon speaking to the dealership principal, she told me that they would never sell me a car with accident damage, however, the dealership did nothing to rectify this after I informed the dealership of the damage. Furthermore, I emailed the dealership to send me all the documents but after two weeks they have not responded. I would advise anyone strongly against this dealership as they provide no after sales services and they will sell you accident damaged vehicles without any disclosure.
I phoned Nedbank and MFC to make a payment arrangement as my income will be stagnant for 1 month with a guarantee of my pension fund paying out within the next 60 days. Nedbank declined my payment arrangement and said they will refer me to their collectors if I do not pay my premiums. It is important to note that I have never missed any payment before on my vehicle and on any other debt. I do not recommend MFC or Nedbank for any financing as they do not consider their client needs in a fluctuating economy.
Helga Leenderts guided me expertly to obtain a bond. Not only was I able to get the bond, but I got the option of a couple of bonds, all with different benefits and terms, where I could choose what works best for me. I am very happy with the service provided and I recommend BetterBond to anyone who wants to buy a property.
