I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the lack of communication and service I have experienced following my order (#3526) placed on 26 July 2025. As of today, I have yet to receive any update on the status of my order. This lack of follow-through and customer support is highly frustrating and unacceptable. Please treat this as an urgent request to either: Provide a clear update on the status and expected delivery date of my order, or Issue a full refund without further delay. I hope to receive a response promptly.
Thanks to Nduduzo Mbele for such a great service. He was very friendly and helpful. He helped me to review my insurance policy and was able to reduce my monthly premiums. I would definitely recommend Absa idirect, I have been with them for years and all my claims have been processed successfully with no issues.

LegalWise failed to assist with my matter and I would like to terminate my membership with immediate effect. Their service is so bad they don't even respond to emails, the response/delivery is shocking! Their "attorneys" are struggling with basic legal concepts, I ended up sorting out the issue myself. actually, I deserve to be refunded as they could not assist me. the email they sent to MOI was wrong, I had to resend the email myself and follow up with MOI. I sent feedback to them last week Thursday, and till today there has been no response or acknowledgement that they received my email. this is disappointing!!
I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Toyota Finance. I bought my car last year in April and I signed a fixed interest rate contract but around March this year I noticed that the interest rate is variable. I contacted TFS several times via email and they never responded, I only received automatic responses. I contacted them telephonically and they kept on telling me that they will investigate this issue and come back to me and it never happened. Apparently, there were two contracts on their system, a fixed contract and a variable contract and I don’t understand how that is possible. I escalated my matter to my lawyers for advice, they also contacted them via email and they never responded. The Financial Manager from Toyota Kingsmead and the sales lady also confirmed that I signed a fixed interest rate contract but unfortunately they can’t assist me with this issue I must contact TFS. I still have an electronic and hard copy of my contract that was issued on the day I collected my vehicle which highlighted the fixed interest rate I am supposed to pay. This is really frustrating and disappointing to receive such bad service from a big company like Toyota I have been financed by them previously but I never received such a bad service
Thobeka was the lady who assisted me with my claim. she was very friendly and helpful. she provided excellent customer service! Thanks to Bidvest Insurance for always making sure that my car is well maintained, I never had issues with my claims. will definitely recommend this company.
