I traded-in a 100% mint condition car with Mr Stephen last year at this Randburg McCarthy Nissan , only to be given a s****py car . This s****py number 1 did not even last weeks in my position and had to replaced with another s****py number 2 which I drove for few months , and it had the same problems , when I query the issue they refused to repair the damages telling me as their client that they car is no longer under the dealership guarantee and said I must pay for damages. Imagine I must pay ? I’m already paying this car monthly , now I’m as speak I’m paying instalment for a non-runner sitting in the yard , and this is a finance of over R280k. The dealer principal Chantell Heynes is aware and she does not want to take accountability for the nonsense after sales service. This experience has been horrific and emotionally exhausted for me and my family . The after sales service is horrible and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. This matter escalated to ombudsman as speak.

Can someone please explain to me why am I being debited crazy amounts that I did not sign up for ? Please fix this before I cancel my subscription with you .
This is most horrible experience I’ve ever encountered with an insurance company. Their customer service fails dismally from sales to management. They are not able to resolve my issue which has been dragging for months now after cancelling my insurance with them . I keep getting calls from Tracker saying I have not honoured my premium on my vehicle for a tracking device that I have never agreed to take on inception of my policy , and reason being I already had a tracking device with Matrix . I have calls recording and that agent said ,” it’s fine no need for a tracking device from us” . Months later after they have failed to recuse my premium , I cancelled my policy with them and then I switched to another insurance . Now they want to me pay cancellation fees for an agreement which they are liable for . This is day light ******* that i will not tolerate.

After this review , you must know that I’m moving to another bank because your service is pathetic. Please tell your agents Fareed De Koker (ZA) and Nthabiseng Sibande to reply to my emails . I requested them to send me the latest settlement letter because your automated ones when I call in system doesn’t work. I was holding for 30 minutes yesterday and nobody cared to contact me back when my airtime run out .
I’m not sorry to this but I’m dismally dissatisfied and disappointed by your service by far , I’ve been your client for some time now and this my last resort to to take this matter further and maybe it will get attention. My December premium debit order did not go off as agreed with the bank , so i presumed that maybe cause of the holidays there might be a delay , then from the 3rd of January I’ve been asking your consultants to relaunch the debit and I’ve called in a multiple times since first week of January and all the time , they would say that the debit will go off the next day until lately this week when I’m receiving calls from collections saying my account in arrears and that my debit mandate has been removed , I’ve never defaulted before on any of my accounts and when someone calls me saying a payment is behind and is affecting my credit score , I get very upset. Then I asked for a settlement letter and copy of natis but still I’ve waited and waited and no one has sent that . Can you please get your house in order and send the damn settlement letter .
