I traded-in a 100% mint condition car with Mr Stephen last year , and only to be given a s**** car . This **** 1 did not even last weeks in my position and had to replaced with another s**** number 2 which I drove for few months , and it had the same problems , when I query the issue they refused to repair the damages telling me as their client that they car is no longer under the dealership guarantee and said I must pay for damages. Imagine I’m now going to be paying monthly instalment for a non-runner sitting in the yard , and this is a finance of over R280k. This experience has been horrific and emotionally exhausted for me and my family . The after sales service is horrible and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. The matter will be escalated to ombudsman

Took my car for service at Nissan Randburg on Saturday 7th February 2025. My car’s windscreen had a very minor chip which I got on my way to the Service centre due to small stones hitting the car from the N3 Northbound Roadworks. As I was meant to be at the Nissan Randburg Service Centre by 8am that day, I didn’t have time to attend to the chip before that and was planning to attend to it as soon as I was done with the service. Whilst servicing the car, it seems like something they were doing triggered the crack but nothing was said to me as soon as that happened or even after when I was given the car keys to go collect the car where it was parked after service. I had to find out myself when I got to the car and when I questioned them about it they became defensive and didn’t want to take accountability for their part (the windscreen cracking whilst in their possession and them not saying anything about it). During this incident I’ve been dealing to two ladies called Lesego Moanakwena and Chantelle Heyns who were never willing to take accountability and sort out the issue. Chantelle was showing a low-level form of ************, pounding the table whilst speaking to us and avoiding some of our questions and points during the conversation. We further asked for pictures that should’ve been taken before and after the car was serviced and they didn’t have those. We asked for footage of the car whilst it was being serviced, she (Chantelle) refused to show us or provide us with those. Chantelle also kept on emphasising that we should do whatever we want regarding this matter as she refuses to help in any way. She further stated (more than once) that we can even lodge a complaint with the Motor Industry Ombudsman. Very poor customer service from this dealership and will never recommend it to anyone. Clearly once you’ve bought the car, they don’t really care about you as a client thereafter.

I have recheived the best service i ever had from any company at Bidvest McCharty Nissan Randburg. Mark klopotek was the sales person and he gave me the best service ever. I felt import, he arranged everything i asked for and assisted me with the purchasing of my bakkie. He is just so good at what he does. Then two months later i contacted him and asked to assist me with 4 different upgrades ( Nudge barr, blue tooth Radio, centrel locking and a sale for the back. He was ons it imidiatly and gave me the quote that was better then any other Nissan dealership. And i brought my bakkie through all the way from Bela Bela. Because there is no Nissan dealership that assisted me like Mark did at Randburg. It was two days after leaving my bakkie there and Mark called me and said al youre extras is done and i can come and come and collect my bakkie. I am so proud of my bakkie now. And i am so proud of Mark and his team. He really is excellent at what he does. And then afterwards I had to find out he actually came in on his leave days to assist me. What a gentleman. Thanks Nissan Randburg and Mark. You guys really are the 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bought a bakkie from Randburg Nissan 6 months ago. At point of sale they agreed to rectify issues raised as the bakkie was not new. I was assured on several occasions that there is a warranty and should there be any issues, they will rectify. This bakkie they sold me is a heap of **** with some of the issues as follows. -electric mirrors not working -3 of the electrical window works when they want -diff/gearbox making a noise and sometimes grinding going into 3rd gear. -4x4 low range was not working -paint flaking above the windscreen. -had the vehicle serviced by Ford and they found no oil in transfer box and Nissan They assured me the vehicle was checked and serviced??? ****!!! -electric light adjuster not working. -At point of sale the petrol cap cover was not secured and the cap cover was supper glued by them into position. Bodge job. The list goes on. They do not honour a client agreement and refuse to even look at some of the issues raised after just a few days having the vehicle. Have reported them to Motor Industry Ombudsman but will have to take this issue legal. Hopefully someone will read this prior to buying from that company.

My nightmare with this dealership started the day I saw an advert for a bakkie (Ford Ranger) of which after I bought it, I became aware that it might have been subject to odometer tampering. After much back and forth I managed to return the car and was promised the contract will be cancelled and my account with the finance house closed. it's been nearly 3 months since the unfortunate turn of events, my account with ABSA VF is still active, the deposit I paid (R25,000) to CARFIN I am told it can't be refunded "I must demand it from the dealer". I curse the day I set my foot at that dealership, always held the Bidvest Group with admiration but no more after this incident.

I have bought my vehicle at Nissan Randburg. I have been given such amazing service from Mark Klopotek (Sales person )at Nissan. He gave me every thing i asked for (Extras on the vehicle) and more. He delivered the service in such a short time. And still gave advice and assisted me with ideas on my new vehicle. Then Jana Pupillo assisted me with the financing and worked hard getting me the best price with the best service. I highly recommend the Nissan Randburg family to everyone out there looking for great deals, and the best service from the staff. Keep up the good work guys. It was worth the drive from Bela Bela to Randburg to have you assist me buying my vehicle.
