Your call centre agents have provided incorrect information. Your twitter consultant is not reading my very detailed message. Please contact me. Please help. I called your call centre on 24/12 to enquire about a phone. The agents name was Loren. She explicitly said none of your phones are network locked but I will need to keep the Vodacom SIM card in for 3 months. Please check the recording I proceeded to buy the phone. The phone arrived with a sticker saying it is network locked. I then called the call centre again and spoke to Mogadi from sales. She then said I can take the phone to any store and they will unlock the phone because I need the phone for travel. I called 3 branches, the branches either said they can’t do it at all or that it can’t be done at all not even after a period of time. The branch even said that the call centre does not know what they are talking about. How can your departments not be on the same page? 1. Your call centre has provided false information TWICE 2. I now have a locked phone and I purchased the phone for international travel. 3. Your website does not state that the phone is network locked Please advise a way forward. I need this phone network unlocked or another phone to be provided asap. I have proceeded to discuss on twitter, your consultant is asking questions I have answered repeatedly. Please can a competent agent contact me for a way forwards. It is unacceptable that none of your agents can assist or provide guidance on something so simple.
Poor workmanship and dishonest. Machine went in for repairs twice and was promised a loan machine while they wait for parts. Moses is unreachable and Still has my machine. Do not put yourself through the stress of dealing with them.
Vodacom Fibre is pathetic. I am a repeat reviewer. Nothing has changed other than their call centre being offline before closing times. We have been reporting an issue the entire week with no solution and today no one is in the call centre.
If I could rate it -10 I would. Do not join Vodacom fibre unless you want poor service and dishonesty. Our fibre has been off for a week and there has not been any feedback. Vodacom continues to open tickets and promise updates, there has been no progress and no rush to reconnect our internet. The vodacom call log is not truthful and half of the calls logged will not be reflected. This is an estate wide outage and they continue to ignore the severity. In a world where we work from home and rely on the internet, there are far better service providers. Do not put yourself through the trouble of dealing with Vodacom.
