Rural love is the bomb
This is only the second time I've purchased from this local gem of a business. This time I made a mistake by ordering the wrong size and they were so helpful in sending me the correct size almost immediately. I love their range, the quality and the people behind the brand. I hope that they continue to grow and go from strength to strength

Do not trust MEI Cash Lenders
I received an email offering easy access to a loan which I stupidly took them up on. I was asked to pay a finance fee which I did and immediately knew something was up; I contacted my bank and asked them to stop the funds and report *****. The next morning I received a call from a woman asking me why I'd done that Basically what they said would happen, i.e. once the finance fee was paid, I would receive the money, didn't happen. The woman called me back and said she'd sent me another document which I needed to sign saying I had to pay another deposit (totalling more than R7000) and then I would receive the loan. She then hung up on me and I was unable to get hold of them again via email or telephonically. Needless to say no loan was paid to me and the 'finance fee' I paid I am still chasing my bank to get the funds back from the 'loaners' bank MEI are unpleasant, ********* and *****ulent

The reliable online store is EVERYTHING but reliable
On 23 May 2022, I purchased a gift for my nephew - the website said that I would receive my delivery within 5 - 10 working days. After 10 days I got hold of Reliable Store and was told: 1. Shipping only takes place once the PayPal money has been reflected 2. Once the PayPal money has been reflected only then is the order made 3. Only once the order is then made are we made aware that this order is done internationally 4. We then receive an email saying that the product is being delivered but it's not it's leaving its international 'home' 5. Thereafter they say - when I've called - that shipping can take 7 - 10 working days BEFORE IT IS SENT OUT FOR DELIVERY LOCALLY 6. Local delivery - depending on who you use can also take 3 - 5 working days In today's e-commerce world this is the shabbiest service of all; their website is not only misleading but blatant lies and their tracking service is done in an Asian language When I complained again and asked for my money back I was told " please be advised that because your order has been procured with the supplier, you can either wait for the order to be delivered, or return it to the supplier for a full refund, or we can receive and return the order to the supplier and charge you 35% restocking fees to cover the return of the item to the supplier together with customs fees of returning the order." It is 4 July and I still do not have this product and any discussion with The Reliable Store is as best challenging or worst utterly frustrating. I am beyond shocked and disappointed in their lack of any care about their services, timeous delivery of items or their customers.
