Customer service is poor 1.No charging points for phones, had to unplug tv 2. I paid for ba service to surprise my partner, I didn't receive the service till I inquired. They prepared the surprise in my and my partner's presence. No apology was given. 3. The room is freezing cold, they refused to operate the fireplace on the last day of the stay. 4. The "private Chalet" is not private at all, it's in the middle of the everything and everyone. 5. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT GIVE A F*CK
